Oct 21st. Mariana. 1st session. She's a chef at Hda de los Morales restaurant. Gave her material for L11, 12 and part of 13. Explained to her the purpose of the course. Showed examples of videos to be used in class (searing meat video) and saw the denny's menu. Went thru some basic vocabulary related to cooking. Explained to me what she does.
