Nov 22nd.  90 mins. Has been in Mx for 2 years now. He has a project to cover during the Summer Olympics in London.  Talked about introductions using cooking 101 and types of work. Both were easy for him. Need to bring interesting stuff for class (marketing, fashion, wines, parties). He has Lesson 11-14 intermediate class, but we will hardly use it.

Sandra Marketing

Oct 21st. Sandra Loyola. 90 mins. 1st session. L14 intro and Pr1. Sharing class with Hebert who is like the webmaster at SSP from federal govnmnt. They speak very  little, but the course level is adequate. 3.1 for 1st 8 sessions.

Mariana Chef.

Oct 21st. Mariana. 1st session. She's a chef at Hda de los Morales restaurant. Gave her material for L11, 12 and part of 13. Explained to her the purpose of the course. Showed examples of videos to be used in class (searing meat video) and saw the denny's menu. Went thru some basic vocabulary related to cooking. Explained to me what she does.

Oct 6th. 90 mins. Reviewing what she does, we listened the types of work audio from L10.

Claudia Journal

Sept 25th. 1st session. 90 mins. Did the 1st part of the japanese woman.  Also the actors acting  activity from L9. Next class to finish the chinese woman exercise and others.
