Tania june 9th. 2nd session. 90 minutes. The music reading exerciwe from L16 so we had practice talking about numbers. For that reason, we also did the stats application from Gapminder in class. Carlin's video about losing things too.
Tania july 18th. 90 minutes. 3rd session. Saw things from L17 (answering machine, must) and mostly about the outlet secrets video. Saw the video about the camp, so I could send the exercise to her by e-mail.
Aug 1st. 90 minutes. 1st session. Paid .95. From L17 the london trip schedule, the 127 hours trailer and the allergy season from Wash DC. Gave her L18 audios and videos.
Oct. 4th 90mins. L18 "Free practice". We had the podcast about Jane Goodall and Tania performed quite ok, she has a good listening, she gets quite the basic idea which was required from her by the teacher, she can communicate. Nevertheless I consider to be necessary to correct her in some things although she applies self correction, she still makes very simple mistakes. The class was good & gave me a good parameter of what she's able to do whatsoever. She is gonna be given her new book next class, besides she'll re-register again.
Aug 8th. 2nd session. 90 mins. Agassi's video, husband mess which is not a great activity in class. Also, the 10 questions from L24. Next class: relationships, hand kissing and one more thing.
Aug 29th. 3rd session. 90 mins. Fringe benefits audio and last adventorous thing text from L18. Next class Canucks audio and Microsoft reading exercise also from L18.
Sept 7th. 90 mins. 4th session. The guy from microsoft, the young entrepeneurs reading exercise and the canucks. She handles a conversation real well. The Microsoft exercise was such a good challenge for her.
Oct. 11th 90mins. L19 Pr.1&I'm all ears. We did the practice 1 and Tania was trying out some spelling, and she was given some tips about pronunciation and grammar. Along the second practice she displayed a good listening skill and she was able to answer all the questions she was required to.
Oct. 19th 90mins. L19 Pr.I'm all ears "Get,get,get". We got this practice and the student could realize the difference of using the same verb. Besides she spoke a lot about her own life using all these words. She performed great listening skills.
Oct. 24th 90mins. L19 Pr.2 We did this practice using the other options section and creating a communicative dialogue with the images and the new expressions.
